This Privacy Policy explains how Final Drive Flag Football ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Final Drive Flag Football mobile application and related services ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to run the game and your account:

Account information: a coach profile name and the credentials you create to sign in.
Gameplay data: your teams, drafted and created players, coaching level, XP, coins, card collection, win streaks, and career statistics.
Community content: custom players you choose to publish to the community pool (name, hometown, position, archetype, stats, and bio).
Purchase records: when you buy coins or other items, we record the transaction (product purchased, order identifier, and purchase status) to grant your items and support refunds.
Technical data: basic device and diagnostic information needed to deliver the App and fix problems.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and maintain your account and save your progress.
To deliver gameplay features, including the community player pool.
To process and verify in-app purchases.
To diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and improve the App.

3. Purchases and Payment Processing

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card details. When you make a purchase, Google Play provides us with a purchase token and transaction details that we verify on our server to grant your items. Your use of Google Play is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on a limited set of service providers to operate the App, including Google Play (billing and distribution) and our hosting and database provider (to store your account and gameplay data). These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below and we will delete it.

6. Your Data and Deletion Rights

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time directly inside the App. Open the account screen, choose Delete Account, and confirm. This permanently removes your profile, teams, players, match history, and purchase records from our systems. You may also contact us using the details below to request access to or deletion of your data.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and limit access to it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
